Welcome
Worship
“The Federated Church of East Arlington, Vermont acknowledges as its sole head Jesus Christ, Son of God and Savior of men and women. We recognize two sacraments: Baptism and the Lord’s Supper. We affirm the responsibility of the Church in each generation to make this historic faith its own.”
We gather once a week at 10:00am on Sunday to worship God and hear His Word. We have a faith background in the United Church of Christ and the United Methodist Church and use parts of each in our order of worship. We welcome people of faith, or in search of faith, no matter how young or old.
The Federated Church recognizes two (2) sacraments: Baptism and Communion. Communion is offered on the first (1st) Sunday of every month and is open to all persons of faith. Anyone wishing to be baptized or have an infant baptized should contact the pastor at the church office.
We offer Sunday School each week during the church service. Lessons are designed for kids ages 1-11 and we are currently utilize the 252 Kids curriculum from Orange, a values-based program that introduces a key virtue and memory verse each month, helping kids grow in faith and character.
